Shipping policy

Each of our units is individually handmade to order with precision and care. Please allow 7–14 working days for processing. We work diligently to ship your order as soon as possible.

For hair extensions and lace systems, please allow 5–10 working days for processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

At checkout, you’ll be able to view and select from the available shipping options based on your delivery location and order value. Shipping costs are calculated automatically, and you’ll always see the total before completing your purchase.

UK Shipping

  • Free Standard Delivery (2–4 business days) on all orders over £300.

  • For orders under £300:

    • Standard Shipping (2–4 business days): £4.00

    • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): £5.00

  • All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail, with either the Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 (with signature) service.

Europe Shipping

Available to Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain.

  • Standard International Shipping: £15

  • Estimated delivery: 2–11 business days.

  • All Europe orders are shipped via UPS.

International Shipping

Available to UAE, Canada, USA, Australia, and New Zealand.

  • Standard International Shipping: £25 or £30

  • Estimated delivery: 3–17 business days

  • All International orders are shipped via UPS.

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. For international and European customers, taxes, customs duties, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable fees will be determined by your local customs authority upon arrival in your country.

We kindly advise international customers to familiarise themselves with their country’s import regulations before placing an order. If customs fees or import taxes are refused or unpaid, the parcel may be returned to us and in such cases, any associated costs will be deducted from your refund or the order may be considered forfeited, depending on the situation.
