BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

AVAILABILITY

Information about availability and booking schedules:

  • Appointments are released on the 15th of every month at 7:00pm, please see the homepage to sign up for notifications
  • We generally service clients on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Unfortunately we do not offer services on Sundays under any circumstances
  • Appointments may be released on other days during the week at no extra cost, where more availability is possible
  • Bank holiday appointments are released at an extra charge (please see the adds sections for guidance)

DROP OFFS

For the avoidance of doubt;

  • All hair is required to be dropped off at least 7 days prior to your appointment
  • Any later may result in a late fee to be paid on the day of your appointment (please see the add ons section for late fee/emergency appointment guidance)
  • The latest we are able to accept any hair is 2 days prior to your appointment. Hair that is scheduled to be dropped off after this timeframe will unfortunately not be accepted

Please reach out to the team at least 2 days in advance to arrange a drop off for the following dates/times:

  • Tuesdays: 7:00pm - 9:30pm
  • Thursdays: 7:00pm - 9:30pm
  • Saturdays: 11:00am - 5:00pm

Please note, postage is no longer acceptable at the studio and so all hair must be received physically.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

Please note:

  • Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please ensure that this is done at least 48 hours prior to your booking and within the same month. Any later will result in a complete cancellation of the appointment and forfeit of the deposit. Where mitigating circumstances apply, please reach out to customer service and we will do our best to accommodate
  • There are no extra fees surrounding late appointment arrivals, however after 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to book in again with a new deposit should you still like to go ahead.
  • No call, no shows will be banned from booking in future with no refund of the appointment deposit
  • In the event that the stylist cancels your appointment, the deposit will be refunded in full
HAIR AND LACE QUALITY

It's highly important to provide the best quality hair for your appointments. Please note, we will be unable to work with the following:

  • Wet or dirty bundles; bundles must be clean and dry upon drop off
  • Dense, thick or stained lace; please ensure your lace system is pre plucked with no traces of hair dye and not darker than your skin complexion
  • 13x4 frontals or factory made units for low hairlines; if you have a lower hairline it is recommended that you opt for a larger lace system and a custom unit to allow the stylist room to recreate your needs
  • For bob units, please ensure that your lace system is a minimum of 2 inches longer than your bundles (e.g. a 14 inch closure paired with 12 inch bundles)

MEASUREMENTS

If you are interested in booking for a custom unit. Please ensure you take accurate measurements using the below guidance for the best fit. Please provide these measurements when dropping off your hair.
