Whilst out units are manufactured locally, we have carefully sourced our hair from Vietnam to ensure high quality and maintain fair value.

Due to the bespoke nature of our wigs, with each unit being custom made as per the individual's head measurements and specifications, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

As our units are individually handmade by machine as per order, please allow a processing time of 7-14 working days. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. For hair extensions and lace systems, please allow a processing time of 5-10 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
